Daily Spinal Movement Series

This short 10 minute video is one that I recommend doing daily, first thing in the morning if you can! This is a great way to get your day started!In this video we will move our spine in the three different directions it moves, as well as open our shoulders and hips. This will help you to maintain the mobility you have now and may even help to regain lost mobility with a daily practice. Please be sure to do this video before you start any of the better balance classes so that your spinal column is warmed up and ready.
