PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Props Fulfilled by Wellness with Brigitte:
Refunds may be issued for any product received that is damaged or not as described. All refunds must be requested within two weeks of delivery date. Refund requests after two weeks of delivery date will not be issued. Full refunds will be issued for any item purchased that turns out to be undeliverable for any reason. Any and all refunds given shall be entirely within the discretion of Brigitte Yancy, Wellness with Brigitte and Brigitte Yancy, Intl, LLC. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
Branded Products Fulfilled by Third Parties:
Wellness with Brigitte / Brigitte Yancy International, LLC uses third parties, such as Printify and Printful. These are print-on-demand companies, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Returns and exchanges are not offered if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Wellness with Brigitte / Brigitte I
International, LLC will reach out to the fulfillment company for either a free reprint or a refund. NOTE: You must notify Wellness with Brigitte via the contact form on the Contact page within 21 days of receiving your merchandise. All refunds will be determined at the discretion of the third party fulfillment company, No refunds will be issued after 21 days of merchandise receipt. Refunds will not include shipping costs. Any fees for refunds through third parties, will be noted to the customer and deducted from the refund price.
