Join NowStanding Stretches | For Those With Limited Mobility and Limited Balance
Welcome to my Stretching Series! This series has three videos, two of which are done seated and one which is done standing up. This standing practice is all about stretching into those hard to get to place, such as the front and inner thighs. My recommendation is for you to watch the video the first time around, and then try the stretches the second time you watch the video. NOTE: I do not recommend holding the standing stretches where are you fold forward for more than two minutes. Please also make sure to inhale when you stand up. Stretching can be a healthy practice for muscles, tissues, and joints. It can also improve our stress levels and help us to feel more relaxed.
