Gentle Movement & Deep Relaxation in a Chair

Join me for another 75 minute workshop to relax deeply in a chair or on the floor if you prefer. Practices will include a guided breathing practice to quiet and rest your mind; followed by gentle movement and deep stretching accompanied by calming background music, to release muscle tension and aches; and concluding with a guided settling practice accompanied by a signing bowl sound bath in surround sound.

Residents sign up starts at 8:00AM on Apr 21 and non-residents can start signing up at 8:00AM on Apr 24. I invite you sign up early. as classes do sell out.
